When you do your "Evening Sync," the app scans your updated planner to see which items you physically marked as done, and automatically marks them as completed in your digital task list.
• 📊 Expense & Health Tracking (Google Drive): Log your daily expenses, meals, or health metrics on paper planner just like you always have. AI Planner extracts this specific data from your page and securely logs it into a dedicated, app-generated spreadsheet in your Google Drive, giving you a perfect digital archive of your daily habits.

Privacy and Data Transparency:

To provide this seamless automation, AI Planner requires limited, strictly defined access to your Google Account. We request access to your Google Calendar and Tasks solely to read your availability and write your digitized events. We request highly restricted access to your Google Drive to only create and update the specific tracking spreadsheets generated by this app. We cannot, and do not, access any of your other personal Drive files, ensuring your data remains entirely secure and under your control.
